Corporal punishment is illegal in British and Estonian schools. 62% of British childrens think that it would be needful but only 31% Estonian childrens have the same opinion. Actually it could be not banned, because if they used controlled corporal punishment it is not likely to be harmful. I would argue that there were actually fewer discipline problems back in the old days when corporal punishment was more common. Most school in England require children to wear school uniform. Unfortunately not everyone who decides to live in America does it legally and that’s where the problems begin. Illegal immigration is not a new issue in the United States. Also there are people who enter the country with a visa but stay for a longer time than it allows them to. The biggest problem is the the increasing cost, if the most optimal places are taken. There are problems with using nuclear energy. For example, nuclear proliferation, plant decommissioning and waste are among the top problems. However, it is greenest sustainable constant form of energy that Estonia can potentially afford. The fact, that Estonia has plutonium fuel resources available is just an additional bonus. To sum up. First of all i talked about how Estonia is facing energy crisis right now.
