The perfect place to live

The Perfect Place to Live For me, I think I am already living in a perfect place, Estonia. I would not want to live somewhere else because I think Estonia has everything what a perfect place should have. Many people who live in Estonia are dreaming of a home in a warmer place. There are many reasons why I would not want to live there. One reason is that the weather stays excactly the same every day but in Estonia we have different seasons. Furthermore why I like living in Estonia is that the nature is amazing and if I am very tired I could just go 10 kilometers out of the city and I would be in pure nature, but in China it would be impossible.

Essee teemal "I am buying myself an apartment"

I am buying myself an apartment I would like to buy a apartment – I am 25 years old and I have some saving, actually – a lots of savings. I have saved a lot of money to buy my dream apartment in Tallinn. What kind of apartment would I like to buy? The apartment has to be in the downtown, it would be perfect, if it is located in Tallinn’s old town. The apartment should definitely have excellent view to the old town, it should be large and wide. I would love, when the apartment is in old house and if it is renovated, but still has some vintage style. The most important thing is that the apartment has to have two or more floors. Good dream, huh? In fact, in old town, there is an apartment that fits to my requirements – apartments like that are expensive and I have to get a loan

Past Tenses

If only I had an apple (now). Past Continuous Used to say that somebody was in the middle of doing something at a certain time in the past. At 10:30 yesterday, I was preparing lessons. What were you doing at 6:30? Often used with Past Simple to show a continuing action interrupted by a sudden action in the past. I was studying when the phone rang. (Remember: there are some verbs that have no continuous know, believe, heat, etc.) Present Perfect Simple Used to talk about finished actions in an unfinished time period. I have eaten three cookies today (the cookies are finished but today isn't). I have cleaned my room this morning (the cleaning is finished, but it's still morning). Often the time period isn't mentioned. That means that it's the lifetime of the speaker. I have travelled to Europe (in my life). If the person is dead we can't use Present Perfect.
