Wealth does not bring happiness People work for money, play lottery for money and some of us even commit crimes to get money. It sometimes seems that wealth is the main values in life but it does not actually bring happiness. No matter how wealthy you are, you still can not buy love or friends. Even worse, people that seem to care about you may only be intrested in your money. Furthermore, some people work for their lives to get wealthy but unfortunately, they forget about the most important- their families. Wealth can change people the way they in point of fact never wanted to change. On the other hand, being wealthy prevents financial problems and this means less worrying

friends. So wealth can make you lose the most important things in life. Being wealthy is not only a bad thing. It can make you happy, but it is mostly temporary. With money you can to a lot of travel, also you can buy what you like despite the price. I think the best thing about being wealthy is to get to do what you like. To conclude wealth can ruin realtionships but it also lets you do things you like. So wealth can make you happy but it does not bring you a lifetime of happyness like family and real friends do.So it has really good and bad sides.
Wealth does not bring happiness. True or falce? Many people believe that you can do anything if you have money, they believe that money brings happiness, great fortune, fame and health. You have power and you can buy whatever you like. On one hand, it is true but on the other hand it is false. Money can improve your lifestyle in many ways. It can help you buy fresh food, it can help you get good medical care. Money also allows you to travel and meet new people, new places and new civilizations. It permits you to have a lot of free time to relax, do the things you like and buy all the stuff you like. On the other hand, money makes you greedy and selfish. The more you make the less you spend on charities or donations. You may become a victim of its power! Many people become addicted to luxury. And also, money cannot buy you good relationships, you cannot buy people's feelings, you have to earn them. If you have a lot ...
Wealth does not bring happiness. True or false? Everybody dreams of being wealthier than they currently are. Obviously it's not only our fault that we do, we get that in media every day. Every single day we see people richer than we'll ever be on television. Some of them surely spend a lot, have fun and tell us how good life is. Others invest their money wisely and never seem to spend a dime. That sort of people are usually older than the wasters. Living in a country with almost 10% of the people unemployed, we're jealous of both. Probably almost every day we catch ourselves on a thought, "I wish I was that rich, I wish I was the man on TV." No matter how hard we try though, we won't. It's nearly impossible to win a lottery and there frankly isn't any other ways of getting rich very quickly. But how many other people would know to tell us about if wealth brings happiness or not? All the other rich people have been rich f...

Traditions What is tradition? From a scientific point of view a tradition is a ritual, belief or object passed down within a society, still maintained in the present, with origins in the past. I think it is easier to say that a tradition is a way of doing things that is handed down from generation to generation in a family, club, nation, any group. Why are traditions important? They bring you closer together. They are a trigger, a reason to get together, they bring back happy memories. Without traditions life would not be as fulfilled. Traditions are the glue that binds one generation to another. They give every member something to look forward to in our sometimes chaotic lives. They remind us to slow down and remember the things and people that are most important. There are many different traditions and they all have different meaning. In my opinion the most important traditions are family ones, like celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and weddings
It compares the meaning of this tradition, decorations, eating habits, activities and Father Christmas. Firstly, for English people this traditions means to celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ , but on the other hand for Estonian peole it means to celebrate the mid-winter holidays and religous people go to church. Secondly, for Estonian people decorating their homes is big part of christmas. People in the countryside bring straw into the house, they decorate their homes and bring in fir-trees. The traditional Christmas flowers are hyacinth, Christmas cactus and the poinsettia. Differentce from the English people decoration is that their decarations are from paper, they have electric lights, also have evergreen plants: holly, mistletoe and ivy. They bring a huge fir-tree from Norway on Trafalgar Square. Thirdly, from the activities there is one similaritie, Estonian and also English people
those who violate it in the most serious form. For example: death penalty should exist for serial killers. Another reason is that the criminals who would have been executed are now the country's responsibility and they use taxpayers' money. On the other hand, capital punishment is very inhumane. After the execution new evidence may appear and the criminal might turn out to be innocent but there is nothing to do because we can not bring back the dead. Another reason for abolishing capital punishment is the criminal's innocent family. The whole process can bring them serious trauma for years afterwards. In my opinion capital punishment should be abolished in Estonia because it is inhumane. I also believe that a person or a group of people should not have the right to decide about another person's life or death. No matter how serious the crime is.
Hamlet's View on Life and Death Hamlet has a everlasting dilemma " to be or not to be" he is dissatisfied with life and lists many things that trouble him but he is not sure what death will bring him. He is thinking that the experience of death itself maybe worse than life itself Hamlet is a melancholic, always thinking about the dark things in life (he always dresses in black, he's fascinated when he finds the old clown's skull, etc.) I think that Hamlet does not really value his life so much because he is so consumed with his desire to kill Claudius that he doesn't have time for real life.
Tourism-good or bad ? Nowadays in many countries, tourism is one of the fastest growing industries and it can bring enormous advantages to countries, especially poor ones. It may seem that tourism bring only benefits, but further consideration shows that it also has disadvantages. To start with, tourism offers many benefits. Tourists spend money on local goods and services ,so the area can get much money to develop the other essential public services, for example education and health. Also tourism services such as roads, bars, hotels, restaurants and other leisure facilities are built. Thanks to it, local people can get more jobs. Finally, tourism allows both the

Shackleton. In 1098, he married with Kathleen Bruce and in 1909 born son Peter. Scott was a hero in England because he made a trip to Antarctica but no one had yet reached the South Pole so Scott was ready to be first. When Scott was 25 years old, he purchased a whaling ship with name on it Terra Nova. For the trip to South Pole, they packed the ship tightly. For the South Pole expedition British had in their ship many animals like Siberian dogs and ponies. They bring 10 ponies to the Pole but they didn`t know that they going to die. When they bring them, to the Antarctic they helped British but in South Pole not. Scott followed the route mapped by Ernest Shackleton in 1909. This means that it involved several modes of transport and team division into four groups. They had 24 dogs, 10 ponies, 12 sledges, 2 motorized and many men. They needed to reach 900 miles to South Pole. Scott, Brower and Wilson died in the end of March 1912
New York City has a humid subtropical climate The average temperature in January, the area's coldest month, is 32.1 °F (0.1 °C). However temperatures in winter could for a few days be as low as 10 °F (-12 °C) and as high as 50 °F (10 °C). November, December Weather: Expect highs in the 40-50 range in November and 30-40 range in December. It can be freakishly warmer or colder here and there, but it's not likely. What to Wear: Bring a heavier jacket and leave the shorts at home. Consider a hat, scarf, and gloves. Bring an umbrella because you still have to walk to and from subway stops and it's much harder to catch a taxi in the rain, so if you're going to be standing around trying to hail one, you might as well be dry. Lufthansa Case 1)I think that Herr Ruhnau decided to purchase the Boing jets at the right time. He couldn`t wait till the dollar/deuchemark exchange rate would drop. In addition he thought about safety of flights and wanted to renew company planes. We can also observe the given trend in movements of the dollar/deuchemark rate over previous 3 years. of view. Also, it creates a precedent when a NATO membership country sells military equipment to a third world country. Building a modern navy will intimidate Russia's neighbors and open doors for Russian power projection in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Furthermore, at the same time when NATO and EU sees Russia as an ally, the Russians see us more as an economic partner with who it may easily cut off the connections. We should actively point out the threats it may bring and look through the policy about selling such military equipment. The CEE should raise the question about does the economic benefits outweigh the threats it may bring along. 5. Which are the most updated EU documents to describe EU-Russia relations? The Partnership and Co-operation Agreement has been the framework of the EU-Russia relationship for more than a decade. It was signed in 1994 and entered into force on 1 December 1997
Water creates energy Eduard Kamenski 11a form The world uses energy from many different sources, such as: hydroelectric power, nuclear power plants, solar energy, and wind generated power. There are positive and negative aspects of each source, but which source of energy is best? My opinion is that the best source of energy is water and I'll bring up some facts why do I think so. Hydroelectric power is currently the world's largest renewable source of electricity. It accounts for six percent of the worldwide energy supply or about fifteen percent of the world's electricity. Water has been found to be a major source of energy. Water power is utilized at present mainly as hydro-electricity. It is produced from moving water and from falls with the help of turbines and dynamos.

In the 21st century it is all about gender equality and every individual wants to achieve high level position in their work place. In the past, women, in many societies, had less rights and privileges than men. The statement says that companies should give a certain number of higher positions to women. However, I do not agree with this requirement completely. Giving a certain percent of higher positions to women certainly is an easy solution but in my opinion it will bring even more sexism. It shows that women are somehow weaker, fragile and need help for everything. And this on the other hand, will cause a situation where females will receive less credit for their jobs, even if they do their work really well. Every person is unique and has their own set of skills. Companies have to value people's experience, qualification and education more than their gender, race, sexual orientation or other personal aspects
Christmas By Xxxx Xxxx Nowadays, Christmas is celebrated almost world-wide. It's a global time of peace for all who believe in the magic of it. Overworked people treasure days that bring rest and recreation and allow them to meet their families and friends. They appreciate days when they give and receive gifts - the evidence of friendship, of remembrance and love. A time when it feels good to give, when anger is forgotten, when heaven becomes a place on earth for a moment. We tend to think of Christmas as a time for children, but what if Christmas gives each of us the opportunity to be the child? To have wise men bring priceless gifts to us, to be held by an

William had created Norman bishops and given them land for homage. As a result it wasn't sure whether the bishops should obey the king or the church and that led to trouble. Both the kings and popes wanted more power and authority. First big quarrel was between William Rufus and Anselm. Finally they agreed on that only church has the power to make bishops. The crisis came when Henry II's friend Thomas Becket was made the Archbishop of Canterbury. Henry hoped that he will help him bring the church more under his control but Thomas didn't agree to it. He was murdered by Henry's knights on altar steps in the cathedral. All Christian Europe was shocked and Becket became the saint of Church. Dear Mr Roberts I am writing to express my concern about the closing of the art studio and to bring out reasons why the art studio should be left open. Firstly, there are teachers at the studio, who offer tutoring for many fameous artists. Therfore young students can learn from the best. Furthermore, there are lots of necessary facilities. Secondly, the studio is located in an easily accessible area, so students all over the city can attent in the art department. Moreover, young talents can exhibit their creations in the studio.

Pärnu Hansa days Pärnu Hansa days take place every june and during four days. Reason for celebrating is, that people can go back in time, and do same things, as it was in the Middle Ages. Days before the festival, organisers have to register sellers, who are going to sell their Middle Ages products. Also, there is a lot of job with searching good musicians and entertainers. On the top of this, it takes lot of time to bring all stages and tables to the festival place. On the actual day, there are many people in the Middle Ages costume. There is a huge Middle Ages fair, and people can buy what ever they like. Participants can see many perfomances, take part of different games, and just have nice days with nice people. If you enjoy fairs, perfomances and meeting Middle Ages traditions, don't miss it! It is the perfect way to spend your summer days.
